Robert Lewandowski Reportedly Offered to Man United, City, Arsenal and Chelsea

Robert Lewandowski will reportedly be offered to Premier League clubs for £7 million this January.
As detailed by Paul Hetherington of the Daily Star, Borussia Dortmund are prepared to sell for a limited sum in order to stop the Polish striker from joining Bayern Munich on a free transfer:
Dortmund want to sell Lewandowski, 25, in the January window to prevent him joining rivals Bayern Munich on a free transfer in the summer when he is out of contract.
Jurgen Klopp has been forced to deal with the loss of major stars such as Shinji Kagawa and Mario Gotze in recent seasons, but Lewandowski’s long-acknowledged departure will provide the Dortmund coach with his biggest challenge yet, especially as the Bundesliga club are unlikely to secure a hefty transfer fee when he exits.
This realisation provides Dortmund, and indeed the player himself, with two options. Either the powerful forward bides his time and risks the Westfalenstadion wrath by heading to the Allianz Arena, or he jumps at the chance of moving away from Germany.
While at one time it seemed certain he would join Pep Guardiola’s team, Lewandowski recently cast doubt over his potential Bayern switch by publicly stating he wants to play in England, as reported by Jack De Menezes of The Independent:
I will be able to sign a contract [with any club] in January, but I have never said that I will sign a contract with Bayern.
One day I would like to play in Premier League. It would be a great experience.
Such a revelation will alert the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea to the player’s availability, as confirmed in Hetherington's article.
Jose Mourinho is set to prioritise a £35 million bid for Wayne Rooney, per Harry Pratt of the Daily Star.
Should David Moyes refuse to sell his in-form striker, Lewandowski’s signature could be outlined as a possible alternative.
If Rooney moves to London, Lewandowski may also be highlighted as a possible target for the Old Trafford club.
Metro’s Matthew Nash recently suggested Arsenal and Manchester City could do battle for the much-admired player’s services. Arsene Wenger only has Olivier Giroud at his disposal right now, and should the flying Frenchman get injured or suffer a dip in form, Wenger would be well short on attacking players.
The same can’t be said for Manuel Pellegrini, who currently boasts Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, Alvaro Negredo and Stevan Jovetic among his attacking ranks at Manchester City.
Lewandowski has netted nine goals in 13 appearances for Dortmund this season, per WhoScored.
He was a major part of the club’s run to the 2012-13 Champions League final and is most famed for scoring four in the first leg of BVB’s semifinal encounter against Real Madrid.
Blessed with natural physicality, decent pace and lethal finishing ability, Lewandowski is built for the Premier League.
With his Dortmund chapter seemingly coming to an end, the Polish forward has the opportunity to make a real difference at the club of his choosing.
