Arjen Robben's future at Bayern Munich is in doubt after German newspaper Bild claimed the winger and coach Pep Guardiola have fallen out over the recent penalty row.

• Schaaf: Joyful Bayern
Last weekend, in Bayern's Bundesliga game against Mainz, Robben wanted to take a penalty, but Guardiola urged Thomas Mueller to step up.
Then on Wednesday, Robben won a penalty in the Champions League match against Viktoria Plzen, but he refused to take it despite Guardiola and team urging the Dutchman to do so.
Speaking after the incident, Robben said there was no further need for discussion, yet on Friday the German tabloid Bild reported that Robben and Guardiola had a disagreement ahead of the Plzen clash.
"I am the coach, I make the calls,” the newspaper quotes Guardiola as having told his squad, before adding specifically of Robben: "What happened in the penalty situation [against Mainz] is unfair towards the team and the club."
Recently, Guardiola has warned his players to abide by his rules. He told Bayern's matchday magazine that "every player in this outstanding squad" has to honour his decisions.
"Those who honour my decisions will get my support -- and those who don’t want to understand that will end up in the stands."
Unlike Jerome Boateng, Toni Kroos and David Alaba, Netherlands international Robben, contracted to Bayern until 2015, has, according to media reports, not been approached by the club over a new contract.
