Gamma: Where did you get the info you pass on to your clients?
To answer you directly: The info is provided by the Pharmaceutical Companies - (e.g. Those I worked for are good examples - *Parke-Davis & **Abbott Labs) - selling the drugs.

Look original ideas, products, etc., etc...are very rare. Vast majority of info is merely regurgitation of info already 'lying around'. ...and 'lawyering' is merely selling of services; matters not if the payment is self-satisfaction on emotional level - pure pro bono publico=goody-goody deal that the pay-off is 'feel good' providing aid or cash or bartered goods/services."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. A lady frirnd of mine works for a company whose clients are pharmaceutical companies seeking to have new medications approved by the FDA.She is an highly paid scientist that works from her home(no lab there). Her primary role is to determine if the drug components are compatible. She is not concerned about if in that drug there is a substance outlawed by a regulatory body for athletes. That is the job of the doctor prescribing it.
The strange thing is I witnessed a few doctors consulting her before prescribing...
There is no safety net as doctors are the least infotmed about thr drugs they prescribe.

The point is, athletes cannot be reasonably expected to steer clear of all banned substances as the information on same is not readily available for their consumption and there is also the matter of the eminently sensible reliance on medical experts who themselves do not have all information at hand to prevent inadvertently administering 'prohibited substances' as defined by the 'anti-doping (oversight) authorities'."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
