    Lazie - you seem to think I am defending the man's tactics or even his credentials to manage the club. I am trying to say:

    1) all new managers need time
    2) you have to give the man support especially early days
    3) with Slurgie still in the frame, it will be hard to get a world class manager to take over with his long shadow cast over every thing
    4) there are not that many managers in the world that could keep that team going like it has been for 20 years - it is highly unlikely
    5) any world class manager will want a war chest - the club is now publicly traded, it is going to be hard to run it like a patty shop anymore

    And that's that. Give the bredda time - he might surprise you.
