It is clear that ALL the posters know that Jamaica needs a COMPREHENSIVE national football program to develop & grow its players, coaches & related personnel as well as its infrastructure to be a competitive & respected "force" in world football. It does not benefit you talking about how much diamonds & gold you have in the ground if you don't have the technology & expertise to extract and "refine" it so you can truly benefit from its real value.

It is also clear that the people charged with the development & growth of Jamaica's football (JFF), are inept. They continually bask in their IGNORANCE of what it takes to manage Jamaica's football. The supreme leader of this ignorant group, Horace Burrell, seems to have entrenched himself in this position (he has learned well from his teacher Jack "the ripper" Warner), & is happy to continually repeat the FAILED plan that was adapted after qualifying for the U17, U20 & '98WCs.......Ever wonder about the possibilities if the JFF had invested in the growth & development of the players from those teams & the '09 Pan Am team???

CRAZY/MADNESS: Continually doing the SAME thing with the expectation of a different outcome......Do you know what happens when you keep investing money into a project with inept*management & no plan to achieve the desired objectives??? - FAILURE. That is what the JFF has continually done.

For Jamaica to have any REAL & SUSTAINED success in world football, the government, private sector, media & the PEOPLE have to demand that the JFF develop a REAL comprehensive national football program or there will be NO SUPPORT of any kind. There has to be qualified & competent PROFESSIONALS appointed in each position & CONTINUOUS evaluations of their performance & overall growth & development of the program.......ACCOUNTABILITY.

If you want to be SUCCESSFUL & RESPECTED in football, you MUST run it like a BUSINESS.

If he's entrenched in the position, as some have said, then he has to be PRESSURED from all angles to do what is NECESSARY for the growth & development of Jamaica's football, & it can be done.

Burrell's positions in FIFA & CONCACAF are obviously more important to him than Jamaica's growth & development in football. Does any of his decisions or actions suggest otherwise??? There were years since '98 that you didn't even reach the Hex.....Did he seem worried??? And with continued failure, he gets reelected.
