in any Manning Cup finals but can one of the learned cheerleaders on the forum so fortunate please explain to me why the JFF have not identified these 3 critical players:
Central Defense 'playmaker'
Defensive Mid 'playmaker'
Attacking Mid 'playmaker'
Playmaker is a person highly competent in executing the plays required at the particular position to progress the round object intelligently in a positive direction to the ultimate point of a decent 'attempt on goal'
They should be comfortable on the ball in space and in tight quarters and have mastered the fundamentals of control, maintaining individual possession and passing.
These 3 players should have been identified and made the spine of the side.
Any philosophy and supporting selections whether snow ballists or otherwise should be built around this spine.
Any other approach is profundity and a waste of time.
Right now we have the spine of a jellyfish...
