  • Humbrey is back

Chris Humphrey and Iain Hume have been called up to their respective international squads for next weekend.

The duo, who represent Jamaica and Canada respectively, have impressed enough of late to earn recognition from their countries who both have upcoming double headers.

Humphrey, who has scored twice in his last two league starts for North End, will be looking to add to is pair of caps when the Reggae Boyz face Panama twice in five days, the first being in Panama City before the return match in Kingston.

As for Hume, he has been selected for a Canadian training camp in Valencia, Spain, as part of Head Coach Benito Floro’s 33 man squad.

This will be new coach Floro’s first chance to see his inherited squad in action and they will play two matches, both against Mauritania, in the space of three days.

Preston North End would like to wish both Chris and Iain the very best of luck on international duty.
