      TK: We are being mauled by many countries in quality of student-graduates from our secondary high schools and I do not hear Maudib clamouring for improved environment - human resources & physical plants - within which our kids learn?

      Well...our problem has many sides...but one thing we should agree on is, improvement in the learning environment - motivated and highly qualified teachers of the various disciplines and top class physical plants..
