Who has he developed before??? Check how long he has stayed with each coaching job....he's probably averaging 1.5 years per. That doesn't show stability, which is important in this profession & especially for someone in development. I see your link, BUT that is all talk.....What has he done??? How successful is he as a coach???

I hope he's an upgrade, with ALL those credentials.
So he was Lee's assistant, during probably Millwall's worst season - being relegated & going through 5 or 6 managers.

NOW list his coaching successes, because class room work & theory DON'T win games & championships.
He was in Asia - Did any of the teams he managed finish in the top 4 of the Asian Championships or qualify for any WCs???
He was in Africa - How did he do there???
How did these countries do in the world rankings while he was their manager???

The man is a Well Qualified FIFA instructor, if nothing else. Within a year and a half he could train a lot of coaches and put a plan in place. Can you find a more qualified instructor?

You are not going to find many coach who will be there for more than two years so that 1.5 is average.

In case you didn't know, Jamaica's own Lenny Taylor is also a "Well Qualified FIFA instructor", AND he also has a successful track record in coaching & development. Oh!!! As a Jamaican he knows the culture, people & its players.

That is not the point. Yes Lenny is very qualified and should be in the program but if you read carefully you will see that this guy has more experience directly employed by FIFA.

I have been advocating for Kilroy Taylor to be a part of the program long time.

The man is a good choice for development as he is a first rated instructor. That much we know. The fact is if the man win his first game see how many a unnu jump aboard. It is not my choice but if he becomes our head coach I will give him a chance to prove himself like everybody before and after him.

They stated that he coached Millwall '05 - '06, BUT I don't see him listed & it was one of the worst periods at Millwall - getting relegated & using about 5 coaches.
50 years old; coached for SHORT stints in India, Nepal, Malawi & Sudan and he is the coach that will be charged with moving JA from the bottom of the Hex to qualifying for the WC???

In other words, who has he coached thus far? A bunch of nobodys.
