    The reason why these two players in particular have gone to France is because the clubs in England and Germany who could afford them can't fit them on their wage bills due to this financial fair play. Spanish and Italian football is virtually broke unless you are Real Madrid and Barcelona. I am happy that Man City and Chelsea have their hands tie now so the league will stay more competitive.

      Listen to yuh self ..dis is what yuh come tuh ?... not being fair to the youth coach....Chelsea need to bring in anything but a striker ?...young and ambitious ...like miself , but some things bigger than me....a system that players undersand ? ...wow...boss , boss , boss ...when yuh wake up what happen ?

        All true, expect Barcelona and RM are kept solvent artificially.
