The reports have been widely picked up among English media, with ESPN also reporting that Ronaldo’s meeting with United officials will help determine whether or not a move is feasible.
Ronaldo has been linked with a return to the Premier League champions all summer, but the hiring of Carlo Ancelotti yesterday may prove to be a stumbling block in any potential deal.
