Based on the games I see play at home, I think some staff and the players gave away the first halves by not coming out attacking. Instead the mentality was to try to come out of the first half even.
At home we need the mentality to be go out and attack, get the attack flowing, keep the other team on the backfoot while they work their nervousness out. Don't give them too much respect, and get the home crowd in the game.
I think Montesso should also go or leave the senior team alone and at this point we need an attack minded coach. Not one who is going to come and play one forward at home.
