    Does it matter ?
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

        Why wouldn't it???
If you were the CEO of a corporation, would you hire someone who is unqualified, inexperienced and has no track record showing success, strong leadership, good analytical skills & decision making to run a very important department in that organization???

To an extent ,Fergie got his in the Y2Ks , among others , how many prem titles he won before that ?

The course contains workshops involving topics from fitness to injury prevention and player agents to transfer protocols. There are three levels of progression, with each focusing on more in-depth detail. After each section applicants must take a written exam from a number of topics and successfully conduct a supervised training session.
Managerial heavyweights such as Sir Bobby Robson, Sir Alex Ferguson and Fabio Capello have lent their experience to course students over the years.
Although the Football Association has granted a few extensions, all then-current managers had until 2010. It was introduced following agreement between the Premier League, Professional Footballers' Association and League Managers Association in 2000 to bring England into line with UEFA regulations.
In 2003, the Premier League chairmen agreed to making the qualification a mandatory requirement to manage at the top level in England.

CC : The above not knocking it , it should not be something to exclude anyone but something they should work to attain.

Thats why I say to an extent ,we should have a coach who at least coached/won something as a coach ,that said Mex and the USA prepared well for us ,did we for them ?

Burrell screwed us and Tappa still a learn im craft ,all in all we played decent ball and should have at least drew if not won one of them.

Many are the workers in a particular field who are promoted to become Managers. Some of those workers previously had no experience at managing. Some have gone on to be quite good managers.

Obviously the managers Burrell & your federation have been appointing since '98 WC have FAILED miserably. But you can stick with it & hope for the best, it just might work out this time.

The only person in football that I know as 'Der Kaiser' is one of the greatest footballers of all time - Franz Beckenbauer.

What exactly are you saying??? Because no lucid person could compare Tappa's qualifications with Beckenbauer's.

Be careful! You've asked some sensitive questions here.

I was the first one to broach the subject four years ago in a thread started by Stonigut...

Why Tappa will be a success!!

...and quite a few forumites were rather prickly in their responses.

Ridiculous though, since these are perfectly normal things to inquire about when someone is being entrusted with such a serious job as head coach for a World Cup qualifying campaign.
"Donovan was excellent. We knew he was a good player, but he really didn't do anything wrong in the whole game and made it difficult for us."
                              - Xavi
