Outside/flank pllayers
My wing backs and mid flanks are all very fast, like 99 percentile fast, excellent dribblers, naturally hawkish and totally interchangeable between these positions, all excellent ball crossers and adept shooters of the ball in front of the goal. I will exchange speed for skill, but still need at least 90 percentile speed with excellent dribbling skill or superior crossing and passing ability.as we build for2022 and 2026 we should be looking and building raw talent into this mold for these positions.
Inside/core players
My centre halves and defensive mids are all interchangeable and are all excellent passers, one of the defensive mids must also be interchangeable with attacking mids, good ball handlers, but all excellent hawks from a defensive standpoints, they all must be able to initiate the attack from deep in their half if possible, thinking like an attacking mid when the opportunity presents itself.
The attacking mid is fast, combative, supremely intelligent, quick thinker, low center of gravity and strong lak ah bull, also interchangeable with mid flanks if necessary.
Forward is very skilled with ball at feet, medium to short side of tall in height, kick accurately and explosively with both feet with excellent ball shaping skills which means years and years of practice, springy and good heading ability, very intelligent and a killer finisher, doesn't have to be blazing fast can even be 80th percentile fast but just must be very skilled.
This is the 4-5-1 model to build on which is super defensive if necessary, super fast, excellent passing ability all through the team and wickedly interchangeable across all positions.
What does this team look like, I have some of the players some are not quite there but this is the closest thing and we should build the team off this model.

This side is an incredible combination of interchangeable talent all are highly skilled and explosive players.
Mascherano is not as interchangeable but he brings intensity and heart and toughness to the team, can play central defense as well.
Yaya can play everything in the core from central defense to attacking mid.
Clichy can play into mid flank from wing back
Gotze may not be able to play wing back but can easily flex from mid flank to attacking mid.
Schweinsteiger can play it all and can be the brain of the system, nice thing is that gotze, toure or schweinsteiger can rotate on attacking mid and create mass confusion for opponents.
Lahm can play wb to mid flank maybe even dm.
Kompany and silva are standout center backs and can both play dm as well.
Bale needs no hype and can play wing back, mid flank, forward.
Falcao while not fast is brilliant, a spatial genius, this guys instinctive football brain on attack is amazing.
Well there you go building a fast counter attacking team with superior defense a team that can play possession ball, can anything beat that team? and Ronaldo or Messi have not even been called.
