The 29-year-old has failed to feature for Charlton in their first three games of the new season.
New Addicks boss Iain Dowie is willing to let Euell move on as he does not figure in his long-term plans at The Valley.
The news has alerted the likes of Wigan, Watford and Birmingham to Euell's availability and the former Wimbledon man is keen to move before the transfer window slams shut next week.
"I was determined to fight for my place, but now I have had talks with the manager and as a result I have been made available for transfer in this current window," said Euell.
"There is only a week left to find a new club, but the aim is to remain a Premiership player."<DIV id=footer>
