He can always blame it on the overbite! Hey, it happens to Ronaldinho all the time, but people realise it is not his fault!

3 useless ..lol 2 are his saving grace , Henderson and Downing , it seems he leans on them quiet a lot , incidentally selling Saurez might leave the door open for Carroll another saving grace....PSG awaits Saurez.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Which 2 are his saving grace? KMT - Henderson is there because he refused to leave with the Dempsey deal and god alone knows why Downing is there only because they are smartly taking their time with Sterling. Until you admit KD WAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEED £80m you are in dreamland.

Now I have just seen the replay on Sky Sports News...Branislav Ivanovic held on to Luis Saurez as Saurez tried to free himself. Ivanovic was stronger and Suarez freed himself with a bite!

I do not know which replay you watched. Here it is and I do not see anything that Ivanovich did to warrant a bite.

                  You???
...did you see me say the bite was warranted?
Let me repeat: I said the Chelsea man held on to Suarez and Suarez tried to free himself from the stronger man by biting!

Karl, your post seems to suggest that Suarez bit the player because he was holding onto him. My point was not that you said Ivanovich's actions warranted a bite. I was saying I could not see where Ivanovich was holding Suarez. If you watch the play again, the defender stood his ground and was marking Suarez. I do not see where he was holding him before the bite.
                    Watch it again.

For his punishment he should be forced to wear one of these for a year:

That's what I was thinking... he physically can't help not inflicting a bite if his mouth falls against a man's arm...

I watched it again. I think Ivanovich did seem to have his hand out and on Suarez prior to the bite. It however was not a hold as this is the way defenders do all the time to keep a check on players. Suarez had no right biting the man though.

                            OK!
Glad to hear you were not suggesting I said the bite was warranted....as I do not hold that view.

*On Ivanovic holding Suarez: If you watched the clip I saw, you would have seen Ivanovic moving Suarez backwards when Suarez appeared to wish to move towards the ball. Ivanovic's grip was on Suarez's elbow!

Ivanovic appeared to have not released Suarez until after he had pulled Suarez towards the ground.

*I watched it on my Cable TV - Sky Sports News.
