So true...but it takes money too...US youths are organized because you have a lot of volunteers, moms, coaches etc...and MONEY.

Well your argument does not hold because Brasil has five senior titles and many at the youth level. Note that nine out of ten times Brasil sends a B squad to these youth WCs (clubs will not release their top talent for these
tourney).
