Reports are saying this morning that Morten Gamst Pedersen could be on his way to Manchester United in the summer because of a clause in his contract. 
The Norwegian winger could be on his way if a club offers £8 million and Utd are said to be poised to offer that.
United have been linked with a move for Pedersen before and Alex Ferguson is known to be an admirer of the winger and he could be the ideal replacement for Ryan Giggs who is now 33 years old.
Reports suggest that Pedersen was put off a move to Tottenham last summer by Rovers doubling his £10,000 a week wage. But now United have been alerted to the clause in Pdersen's contract and Rovers may not be able to fend off a move for the Premiership leaders.
