Why not Go Jamaican???
There are very qualified Jamaican coaches/instructors/managers (with U.S., Brazillian and FIFA coaching certifications) in the U.S. who should get first consideration. Some have been used by the U.S. federation in our regional youth development programs. I'm sure you can also find some in Canada and England.
