The JAAA is suppose to help fund such a development. IN the us the ODP is one of the main vechicle for youth soccer. It has been the link of development which doesn't involve schools or professional clubs. Youth Clubs players from all accross the US in each state can participate in this program to create the US youth pool.

Are you sure it's your JAAA who is responsible???
I thought the JAAA was responsible for track & field, and they seem to be doing a good job.
I think the JFF are the ones who are responsible for that as well, along with your national olympic association. -
