          Have you visited the progressive developing nation india ,ask them what role it has played on the road to development...hint dem naah beg di imf nutting, btw mexico has decriminalised ganja in 09...dem naah beg imf nutting tuh.

            Look X, if I visit the "progressive developing nation" it won't be for smoking decriminalised ganja. That I can guarantee you.

              lol and you wouldnt wonder why the locals arent going crazy or in jail or why decriminalising it has no affect on that nations development ? only a Jamaican ! but when you get back home its back to the criminalising/DSM mentality...KMT....BTW INDIA has never criminalised it ,its so cultural and legall that you have to have a liscene to sell it...profit$$$$$
