I have told you all many times on here that the English FA is a stupid and sometimes corrupt organization run by people who don't have any modicum of common sense whatsoever. The recent decision to charge Eden Hazard with violent conduct is a perfect example. As things sit now, Hazard is facing a three match ban for the red card received from referee Chris Foy. This could be increased to five games plus a fine with the new charge. I am at a total loss how anyone can look at the facts in this case and believe that Hazard should be given anything beyond the red, which was a harsh enough punishment to begin with. To show how incompetent they are, watch them give Hazard a bigger ban than was handed out to Terry. Lying, tiefing clowns.

There was nothing violent about Hazard's conduct. He toe poked the ball from under the ballman who was covering the ball with his body and would not return the ball to play in a timely manner. I would think that for it to be considered violent conduct, there has to be a clear indication that there was intent to kick or hurt the ballman. From my perspective, I do not see it as kicking the young man. The young man made a meal of the whole incident, thus making a fool of the match officials and a lot of onlookers of the match.
I think the three match ban should be allowed to stand if people think Hazard needs to be punished. I also think the home club Swansea should be held responsible for the actions on the ballman that led to this issue.

For kicking the ball from under the little a s s hole?? you're kidding, right?
He did what was a reasonable human reaction under the circumstances... a three match ban is harsh enough, but to be further charged is utterly ridiculous!!Peter R

FSC announcer said it best, "Kicking old school" showing Cantona's kung fu kick "or kicking a kid in school" showing Hazard's harzardous kick."Jamaica's future reflects its past, having attained only one per cent annual growth over 30 years whilst neighbours have grown at five per cent." (Article)

As I said, the ballman made a fool out of many. Have you seen the replay of the incident Lazie? I wonder why are you allowing the FSC announcer to form your opinion on the matter? Two different situations between Cantona and what happened with Hazard. Cantona may have intended to kick someone, Hazard kicked a ball and the young man who was covering the ball with his body started writhing and behaving as if he was just shot with a 9mm bullet in the side. He deserves an Oscar or such acting."Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance." ~ Kahlil Gibran

The only violence I saw, was the ball boy attacking the ball , Hazard came to its rescue.THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

If I showed you this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=-vuON-V5eA8 would you say then that he kicked the boy or the ball? It is beyond obvious what happend, yet the MAJORITY of the press jump on the band wagon that is most divisive with no incentive or decency to call it as it is.
The ball boy was a lying, tiefin', little b*stard who deserves to be banned from football (end of story). There is NO ONE that can tell me that Hazard intended to, (or actually did, kick the fat little shyte)...but hey...the FA in their wisdom will level (another) unwarranted charge. We've seen this movie before, produced by the unholy alliance between the sensationalist press and the egocentric morons at the FA."H.L & Brick .....mi deh pan di wagon (Man City)" - X_____ http://www.reggaeboyzsc.com/forum1/showthread.php?p=378365&highlight=City+Liverpool#p ost378365

I found Lazie's position quite surprising too. The people in the media want to make a big deal about this as this is how they will encourage viewers and readers to follow something sensational. I think the media is milking it for what it is worth to them. I am surprised though that a man like Lazie took it hook line and sinker. . .
You know, the only way Hazard's boots touch the guy in his side was when the ball was toe poked from under him, he came down on the top of Hazard's boots. I still maintain that it was not a deliberate kick into the young man's side."Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance." ~ Kahlil Gibran
