    That man is a legend. To be born only in 1995 and to have the achievement of being one of the founding architects of The FA Premier League & Chairman of The Football Association’s International Committee from 1994-2008, is not an easy feat.

          Noel White (born December 1929) is a retired businessman & football club director & administrator from the North West of England. He was one of the founding architects of The F.A. Premier League & Chairman of The Football Association’s International Committee from 1994-2008. ...and "Jack" Warner hater!

          btw - Knew of a Jamaica Noel White - Track and Field great --- as coach!
