Is this guy as good as they are making him out to be? Is this newspaper credible? I can't see SAF spending so much on an unproven YOUNG player and paying him such a high salary to boot. Is he the next CR7???

Knowing me, knowing you: Zaha meets Fergie for talks after Man United agree £15m deal for Palace starlet

The young winger was given permission to discuss the move with Ferguson and met him in a top London hotel on Sunday night

The next Red Devil: Wilfried Zaha is set to sign for United
Manchester United have agreed a staggering £15 million deal to sign wonder kid Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace.
Boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been backed by his money men in his bid to land the England starlet and Palace have accepted a fee that guarantees them £10 million.
The extra £5 million will come in appearances and achievements and the whole total is more than the Eagles could refuse for their young attacker.
Palace supremo Steve Parrish - the man who took the club out of administration - haggled for days to get the fee he wants and in the way he asked for.

The final sums are a triumph for the Championship side and also show just how badly Fergie wanted Zaha ahead of rivals Arsenal and Tottenham.
Zaha was given permission to discuss the move with his potential new boss and met him in a top London hotel on Sunday night.
The exciting young forward - an Arsenal fan - is happy to go to Old Trafford and the last detail will be whether he is returned to Palace on loan for the rest of the season.
Palace wanted Zaha to come back but United have paid so heavily for him that they have yet to sort out that major detail between them.

All smiles: Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has got his man Clive Brunskill

However Zaha will be a United player for years to come, with sources revealing he is signing a long-term deal that will see his wages start at TEN TIMES his current level of £150,000-a-year.
What can Manchester United fans expect from Zaha? Here's our Crystal Palace expert Ed Malyon with the lowdown on the wing wizard.

From what I see from this kid he is good. Possible Nani replacement so the money maybe worth it. It says a lot when Wenger and Fergie want you.

Good team for him as Manu is the top team that use wingers the most.

what money??? You have gigs retiring, you have Nani, young and Valencia. You can get rid of Nani which cost the same if not more and give the youth a run and it still not affecting Manu.

I can't wait for it to be official.
Two things Fergie will accomplish by signing Zaha;depriving our deep pockets opponents...,and ensuring that Man u has the bits and pieces in place to have a viable side for many years...

Frankly, that is peanuts and won't be no great loss if he doesn't fulfill his potential. He is 20 years old and a really good player already. A nobrainer to be honest.
