the refs need help

i didnt watch all of todays city v chelsea match but the ref missed a clear corner when hart parried a ball over the bar and it wasnt like it was a finger tip touch either. and the yellow on balotelli was crazy...luiz
blatantly moved into his path... both of those calls could have been pivotal.... dem need help bad bad..

I cannot understand why the ref does no rely more on his assistants for help. You noticed how Hart was surprised at the decision, but decided to do an "oh well" and take the back kick? And you are right, Hart used his pal to push he ball over, it was not like it was a finger tip.
