GROUP 2: in St. Lucia, 21-25 October: St. Lucia, Curacao, Guyana, St. Vincent and Grenadines. The winner advances to Group 6, the runner up advances to Group 8 (see below)
Group 6: at Grenada, 14-18 November: Grenada, Haiti, French Guiana, and Group 2 winner. (Top two teams advance to the finals)
Group 7: At Guadeloupe, 23-27 October: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico. (Top two teams advance to the finals)
