The quickest man on the planet is a big Manchester United fan and would love to be Rio’s team-mate.
He said: “I don’t know much about the situation between Rio and John Terry, but Rio is a great guy, who has his values, and he stuck with them.
“But now Terry has retired from England, the boss would be crazy not to recall Rio – as he is still one of the best defenders in the world.
“He might be in his 30s, but look at defenders like Paolo Maldini, who played until he was 40. Rio has natural ability and is still England’s best defender.”
