For once, let's not open the usual gigantic can of worms that is the Zlatan Ibrahimovic debate. Let us not sit there and talk about whether he is a genuine superstar or a preening prima donna who goes missing in big games. Instead, let's just sit back and admire the ridiculous scissors kick that he ferociously volleyed past Hugo Lloris (and, nearly, through Philippe Mexes, like Eric Cantona in that old Nike ad where they take on the demons). It was a marvel of skill, of the kind even someone who hates the sport can appreciate. And, by some margin, the best goal in the tournament.
