He took too long to bring on Fuller. Antigua defends with everybody behind the ball, on such a small pitch players like Stevens (like he did on that last attack) make a huge difference. All the players looks timid in possession (says a lot about their technical abilities).
Lovell almost made them win the game in the first half.

I hear you Karl, but typically that cowithout to less space to operate, these guys were as big, as fast as physical as jamaica they were also very combative, Shutting down space very quickly, giving the guys little room for the slow lazy ball we call possession ball.
How many times did I see one of our boys have the ball taken off him or lose out on a 50:50 ball or lose the scraps in a tussle for ball and position, we were out hustled, and they played well to their capabilities and almost scored on a number of occasions using a basic long ball strategy which we had a tough time with.

If you are playing an opponent physically stronger than you are commonsense suggests you "go with your friend"...i.e. beat the opponent from 'far out' - one-twos/movement and passing! ...as mi seh commonsense that must be used as wi innah di game.
