...and,isn't this great? --> "...funding is integral so as to expose the various youth teams to the highest level, where they'll be able to play adequate amounts of international practice matches before entering FIFA qualifying games".
Just imagine there has come an awareness that our teams need regular quality international matches as aintegral part of their preparations?
BTW - Let us ignore the nonsense about we cannot depend on our schoolchildren. As Lazie would say, if not our schoolchildren"den-a who"?
One would have thought that commonsense would show,that on our national age-group teams itmust be our schoolchildren...but, a proper program must be createdwithin which these our children can comfortably fit and rise - develop potential -to TOP OF THE WORLDstandards.Yes, talent abounds...but, iftalent is given little or no opportunity todevelop to fullest potential, isn't it the same as throwing away the talents?
