I'm going to go with the announcers...knowing Hue is in top form, Tappa just wants to evaluate some other players. Or, perhaps Hue was nicked up a bit.

AUCKLAND – Jamaica have called on a number of European professionals for Wednesday night’s ASB Summer International against the All Whites after sweeping Caribbean neighbours Cuba 2-0 with locally-based players in a pair of internationals this week.

Arriving in New Zealand on Monday, the Reggae Boyz squad will be headlined by all time top scorer Luton Shelton, who plays for Turkish club Karabükspor, and has scored his 31 international goals from 60 matches.
Goalkeeper Dwayne Miller flies in from Sweden while Keammar Daley, Claude Davis and Damian Stewart arrive from English clubs.
Major League Soccer supplies three players – Houston Dynamo pair Jermaine Taylor and Je’Vaughan Watson along with Omar Cummings from the Colorado Rapids.

After Jorginho James scored on debut in Thursday’s 1-0 win and earned himself a ticket to Auckland, Jamaica stepped up a gear with a comprehensive 3-0 win on Saturday.
Watson joined the squad in time for Saturday’s match and led the rout with his first international goal, while there was no room in the travelling squad for Mitchly Waul or Toronto FC’s Ryan Johnson despite their goals against Cuba.
Marvin Elliott, a team mate of All Whites striker Chris Wood at Bristol City, was ruled out with injury last week.
The steam is coached by Theodore Whitmore, a member of Jamaica’s 1998 FIFA World Cup squad.

Hue gave Jamaica the best half of attacking midfield display this country has seen in decades. If our strikers were any good, it wold have been 3-0 in the first 20 minutes, with 3 assists from the Maestro.

              Simple facts.

Oh? What did you say? This is only Cuba?!?

              Sorry! Mah bad!

based on report from the last matches you think Hue, Ryan Johnson and Joel Senior would have been in the squad.

Could the resident gurus please tell me which one of the midfielders listed above would be considered a good passer of the ball? something is rotten at the JFF.
