Did the FA over stepped their reach when they launch the Kick it out campaign against racism?

Do you know of any other organization that has funded and supported an "anti-anything" entity wholly to pay lip service to changing their own short comings? For example, does IBM have a "Kick it out" organization separate and apart from themselves to promote anti-discrimination within IBM? It is ridiculous. The FA, PFA and the Premier League have to have policies internally that make discrimination of any sort unacceptable and set in place governance mechanisms that ensure such practices are upheld. Maybe then you'd see more than 2 black managers in football out of the 92 spots available in England. In the 20+ years that Kick it Out has been in existence, what has it done for them? Zip - Zilch - Nada. Cosmetics and fluffery. How many black men are part of the FA inner circle? Joke business for the simpletons to gorge themselves on.
