"He’s very friendly and has got a good humour about him, but he’s also quite a determined lad."
More like "determined LYAD".
what lie did he tell PM?
"Jamaica's future reflects its past, having attained only one per cent annual growth over 30 years whilst neighbours have grown at five per cent." (Article)
Read the report. You will see it for yourself - he told 6 different stories about what he was called - one to Giggs, one to Canal+, one to the ref, one to his other team mates (Nani, Anderson), one to Slurgie and one to the FA interviewer. In them, he claimed that Suarez called him four different names but in the "final" version - "negro"...nevermind "black", "nigg**, niegre (french for nigg**) and a portuguese word I forget, then in the FA report, he says "negro" which was the only reference the FA found plausible. Also, remember he also lied on the groundsman at Chelsea which was essentially the FA's finding back then.

Grt over it Paul. Suarez was found guilty. Even better /worse ... Suarez admitted that he did it.

"Found guilty" by a kangaroo tribunal who published a report that a first form student would get a "D" on for gross inconsistencies and conjecture among other flaws. In reading the report, I was reminded of the task Atticus Finch had in "To Kill a Mockingbird" - impossible to win as the jury was always going to believe the witness, no matter the facts.
As for Suarez admitting anything, Suarez called him "black" using a literal translation of the Spanish word "negro" (pronounced "neh-gro" not "knee-gro" as we do in English). In context, he called him "blackie", not unlike how we use "chiney" and "******" in Jamaica i.e. without racial intent.
Of all people, we should be the most careful when accusing people of racism; we don't want to do to them, as they've done to us. We have a responsibility to uphold a far stricter standard and demand conclusive evidence for matters of this gravity.
Anyone who reads the report dispassionately will see that Suarez was a just as much a victim of incompetence and naïvité by the FA, the tribunal, the Liverpool administration and the lawyers hired to defend him just as much as anything else.
And for the avoidance of doubt, I would be as just defensive were the roles reversed between Suarez and Evra.

I just wonder if the facts were the same and our favourite EPL team wasn't involved if the reaction would be the same somehow I don't think so. The Liverpool fans whether afrocentric or not seem to be falling all over themselves to make X cuses for Suarez. Interesting.

Rudi, I went to high school in Canada. In my first weeks of school, I was called names I didn't even know existed. In my entire high school of maybe 800-1000 students, there were less than 5 black people. When I came second in the 800 yards, they called me "Ben Jipcho", when I won a class 100 meter sprint in PE, they asked me if I was fast because I was accustomed to running from tigers in the jungle. And that's just the start. I am sure others on here have their own experiences.
I have seen black people be just as racist as white people and no matter where it comes from it is repulsive. So repulsive that those of us who have been victims of it probably are more sensitive so believe me when I tell you that I don't have no "team" when it comes to racism and would "walk alone" if Liverpool were found to be a racist club. When the FA's Disciplinary Report was published, I made sure I read it cover-to-cover before coming to my own conclusions. That is clearly not the case for most who have commented on it, including leading journalists. As I said, SAF himself could be in Suarez's shoes and I would defend him just as vigorously.
