Agreed, however AVB isn't afraid to put a player on the bench as seen with Lampard and Drogba. It is a matter of agreeing personal terms, the youth is looking for a nice salary but Chelsea are not willing to pay him what he wants, he's got the option of sitting tight til the end of the season and leaving Bolton on a free transfer meaning he could command a bigger wage or he could join Chelsea now earning a smaller salary simply because Chelsea will have to pay Bolton 7 million.
