                  Brazil was technically and skillfully better than anyone else up to 1986 , they failed in being clinically better in both campaings, like liverpool today....lol..like pool if they converted half of those chances , they would have been champions.

                  They were the best...82 to 86 ,italy 82 were clinically better , argentinia in 86.
