Good to see Chris blazing a trail for himself and potentially for other prosepective Black players wanting to enter football management.
With Charlton sitting top of League One, can only hope things continue to go well for him, and we see Charlton back in the Championship next season, and the Prem in a couple seasons with Chris at the helm.
