Loxley Thomas – Humble Lion to Waterhouse Transfer Issue
Further to request of investigation of the captioned by the Highgate United FC who was on Loan to the Club for the 2010/2011 season from Humble Lion and subsequently transferred by Humble Lion to the Waterhouse FC for the current Season, the PFAJ's Operations Committee met to discuss the legitimacy of the captioned player's transfer as it relates to his movement between Highgate United/Humble Lion/Waterhouse, it was found that the club Highgate United had not fulfill their contractual obligation to immediately re-transfer the player to Humble Lions upon the termination of the loan agreement on the 31st, August 2011.

Highgate United was therefore in breach of their agreement. Hence, player Loxley Thomas has been given clearance to continue participation in the National Premier League.

Marvin Morgan – International Transfer Certificate Issue
Further to PFAJ's Operations Committee meeting to decide on the issue of player Marvin Morgan's eligibility, the Committee ruled that Boys Town FC having consented to an International Clearance by the JFF to enable the player to play in the United states failed to obtain a similar clearance from the United States Soccer Federation for the player to return to Jamaica to play for his club.

Boys Town was therefore in breach of the rules (Appendix II, International Registration Transfer Certificates clause 1). Hence game/s in which the player participated (NPL #05 - Boys Town v Reno and #07 - Montego Bay United v Boys Town) have been awarded to the respective opponent 3-0.

Marvin Morgan will not be eligible for participation in the NPL until the second Transfer Window opens in January 2012.
Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.

MONTEGO BAY, St James — The illegal use of Marvin Morgan in two of their three National Premier League games has caused Boys' Town one of the two points they had earned as well as valuable goal difference.

Additionally newly-promoted Montego Bay United FC (MBUFC) have been awarded three points from their first-round game against Boys' Town at the Montego Bay Sports Complex that had ended 1-1.

This guy has been suffering from blunders by his managers for a long time.
This is just such another instance...and as it shows his club is also suffering from the bunders.

Both Boys Town and Morgan need competent advisor(s).

On a more all-embracing note - Our NPL clubs continue to suffer from mismanagement, underdevelopment and poverty because the administrators allow ego to prevent use of expertise from outside.

The administrators are ignorant in many areas but are blind to the cost they are paying as a result of the (their) continuined stumbling around in the dark.
