They select coaches based on sentiment ..being english , Maclaren is in the mold of C. B , I heard a caller on FSC spell it out , how can players from the top four clubs respect a manager or play for a coach whos history is fighting relegation every season.
I could break it down even further so the blind can see , Imagine Gerrad & Crouch plays for a coach who took him to C.L league ,lampard and Cole plays for a man that took them to the Prem , Ferdinad& Rooney playing for a man that ison the way to the prem , then to play for a man who just left a club that fights for relegation or a euro place every season mind you he is your national coach ?
Now people relate that to C.B or our local coaches where W.D and C.B havent won aNPL or Majour League title in years and our professional boys haveto submit to this abuse , yet we wonder why they cant see the neccesity of a curfew?
