A young coach to invest in is Barrington Gaynor.

He has played at the international level, with some success, He went through the US college system and has paid his dues from HV, to Bull Bay to HV and now at Waterhouse.

Coaches like these are the ones the JFF need to look out for and identify these talent early and help them to succeed. Forget about the recyclers.

He should be given oppurtunity to grow before national duties but these are the kind of individual we need to give a push and guide them in the right direction.



I don't think he is qualified to do anything but learn right now. Not to command a national side.

i read where Waterhouse was going to send him overseas.



I hope it work out. He should be doing some of the regional training and other FIFA sanctioned work.
