    An Arsenal Fan Speak Up

    It is very clear that Arsene has lost the plot. His defensive organisation and ability to sideline coach is obviously suspect now. How can a manager who knows that is the weakness of his team doesn't do anything to correct or even hire a defensive specialist is beyond most normal behavior.

    Everyone knows well apart from Arsene that this current team assembled will not challenge for a top four finish.

    I do not agree,there is enough quality in the squad but they need to defend better as a team. Football is partly about confidence and at the moment Arsenal's cofidence is very low.

      there is quality but not unlike west indies, they have to be learning on the job when it matters. the team is disjointed and disoriented and will take a while to gel, unfortunately in the meanwhile we slip further and further back!
