Gamma, by saying "continuity is important too" you are implying that Wenger's actions have been disruptive. He isn't the one selling the players, the players are leaving.

Now, you can blame him for that if you want, but it is not the same as him selling them. The bottom line is that I bet you cannot find a manager, ANYWHERE who has done what Wenger has done with his resources. It is a model that is sustainable and more in line with letting football genius do the talking than the pocketbook.

Just be patient, that 700M pound debt that manure spend to buy "continuity" (trophy) will come crashing down on top of them soon enough - don't get fooled by that approach...only state-sponsored Real Madrid can get away wid it (although now that Spain bankrupt, maybe even them in trouble).
