It is no secret that he feels the U.S. will not progress in world "football", until we have more meaningful investment in the inner-city (he said it a few times during the last WC). He feels that is where we will find the better athletes. That means more black and latino players in the system/program.

I wonder what that means for "minority" coaches in the national program and MLS???

Even if he does manage to make his idea a reality you won't see the results from it while he's coach.
