The GLEANER reports that Catherine Hall Stadium in Montego Bay will be finished and ready to host international football matches next year.
Trevor Heaven, United Development Corporation project manager, said that permanent seating will be constructed immediately after the conclusion of the Cricket World Cup. Currently, temporary seats have been installed to accomodate Seba and Wadadah, who have been displaced from Jarrett Park because of the preperations for the Cricket World Cup.
Hewas speaking at a kickoff event for the Milo Relays track competition, which starts February 10.
Heaven said the facility will have high-quality lighting, track, basketball and netball facilities.
