  • The US certainly has us on the backfoot

Ricketts has had to make 3 good saves already.

We just need to pass the ball earlier - pass and move and move and pass. We should have the US on the backfoot...not how it is going now.

In fact as we are going the US is allowed to negate our speed.

    Wide defending once more exposed.

Well it is but on the counter them give up space as well.
Phillips need to step back a little.

We need possession. That fault in back cannot be fixed now.

So deny the US possession and they (will not have the ball ~ duh!) will be the chasers. We just need to return to passing and moving...moving and passing.

Thenlonh kicks are merely playing 12th man for the US. i.e. some serious ANTI-TEAM play!

Well - Keammar Daley comes on for our

REGGAE BOYZ and Donovan for the US to add speed...as Coach Bradley has seem that Jamaica is slow passing and thus losing the ball often...and also giving the US too much space...and that given space is not just in midfield but all over the field.

Tappa to get the BOYZ to calm down and share the ball. ...and not give the US so much space.

I hope to see a different REGGAE BOYZ as in that first half the US totally dominated us.

Well we have to attack now...

It may just be what we need.
...although the danger is opening up more at the back.

Forget the formation struggles...just keep the damn ball!

We are playing a TEAM that has inferior speed

across ground than we do...but so far that TEAM has shown superior 'thinking ability'.

Ricketts has kept us in this game. Can our players make it up to him by turning this around in the last 22 minutes.

Karl we got speed, but they got far superior quality thats the bottom line.

The team that started the game is the team that started the 2 first game apart from Decoy

                        Good off-side call.

                        Good that Ricketts came.

That was great TEAM play by the USA!

Why can't our players pass the ball immediately like these guys?

One thing we have not learnt yet

...even when 'you and God' has (Yup! 'has') the ball you need to pass early.

Our guys stat on the ball until the brought the pace against themselves and brought it down to the USA's liked pace. That then gifted USA a lop-sided possession stats and made our TEAM (today just a group of players) always 2nd best.

...and there was no captain or leader to first assess what had happened (what was happening) and get his TEAMmates to lift (speed up passing) their game.

                              Our forwards lacked support services.
Inexperience? Do not know the game? The occasion 'too big'? i.e. fear?

Take your pick we were as we played, overmatched.
