Warner hits back at Seaga
Austin "Jack" Warner, suspended FIFA Vice President.
Austin ‘Jack’ Warner, the suspended FIFA Vice President, has hit back strongly at criticism from Edward Seaga, the Chairman of the Premier League Clubs Association.
Over the weekend, Seaga questioned Warner's credibility to lead football in the region after he was suspended by football's world governing body following bribery allegations.
However, on Monday, the suspended CONCACAF and Caribbean Football Union President dismissed Seaga's comments.
"Seaga is 85 years old, close to a 100. Is he relevant in today’s world of politics? He’s looking for a lifeline, let us at least treat the old man with some respect," Warner said.
