...and, to do that you do as does...say, Brazil.

1st - Create a TOP OF THE WORLD senior team.

2nd & 3rd- Do the same with your other national teams...that is, CreateTOP OF THE WORLD teams...

...and, rotate youngsters within the national senior team. Why rotate? You keep good national team displays! You create the climate/environment in which the youngsters can shine! You make our yongsters display their 'shining wares' in the world's marketplace! (What you do not do is put the youngsters in situations where it is almost impossible for best possible performances!)

Result shall be - Improvement of local NPL teams and the world will come running NOT JUST for those seen at the NATIONAL TEAM level or other national teams' levels but from our NPL teams...and, schoolboys.

We are happy to have had the current outflow ('98 to present) of players...but any reasonable person will agree the numbers are pitiful when we consider the vast numbers of our players who would welcome the economic advance a 'fair' professional contract would bring. Certainly we (JFF &The Massive) want to do for our people? ...and, we surely want to do well for a very many of our footballers?

So let's do things right! A running around the world with'****-arsed' teams, will get us the continued trickle of professional contracts...while rotating our youngsters in good team - (teams...ifgood national senior, U-23s,U-20s and U-17s, as they should be, are properly prepared) - will bring a flood of opportunities and professional contracts.

Which team do we really think will cause the world to sit up and take notice...

      a) Half-arsed 5th rate team?

      b) Good team?
