Blades boss Neil Warnock is keen to land a goalkeeper on loan despite already having three keepers in the form of Paddy Kenny, Ian Bennett and Paul Gerrard on their books.

Kiraly has returned to Selhurst Park after a six match loan spell with Aston Villa during an emergency loan, he also spent a short stay at West Ham United.

The Hungarian international has revealed that he has shunned interests from Sheffield United has he doesn't want to move so far North despite the opportunity of Premiership football.

"Sheffield is too far from here, my family lives in London and what's more, I'm not forced to have a go at any opportunities," Kiraly told Hungarian paper Nemzeti Sport.

"Crystal Palace manager Peter Taylor called me about a fortnight ago to let me know about the Sheffield possibility, but he added that he counted on me.

"I am working for Crystal Palace again, should I be between the posts, on the bench or even, if our manager decides, out of the squad."

T.K. What happen to Ricketts? Yuh think Sheffield U coach and Claude Davis just nuh rate him? Since Claude is recommending players to his manager (Shelton), you would think he would pinch him and tell him about Ricketts who he could get for cheap.</SPAN></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

RE: Crystal Palace goalkeeper snub Sheffield United

They just can't identify talent Tilla. That is why mi rate JB when him seh dat Todd a big TD! Todd can recognize greatness when he sees it. In Ricketts We Trust!

Man...why am I all of a sudden having flash backs to that US game last year. Ricketts single handedly lost that damn game for us and if we are to be honest he almost turned what should have been victory into a 4 or 5 to 1 loss to rhatid. We were fortunate to come out tied based upon his play alone. Oh well....when in doubt blame it on the local players I say! :hehe: - T.K.
No need to thank me forumites.
