Them play some good ball today. Ramsey is good. Is this what life after Fabregas is like?

    Good win.

To be EPL champs you have tbe the best,we were outplayed and sadly outscored by Arsenal. We have to beat Chelsea.I really think Smalling and Fletcher are the missing links.wE

Arsenal often plays an open, attacking game. They just dont win much. The goal came as soon as Anderson was taken off the field and the team had not adjusted to new assignments. Fergie actually blundered. Was he just trying to rest Anderson for Wednesday's Champs' League game? It seemed to me that he should have hunkered down instead of opening up by substituting a central mid fielder, who has good offensive and defensive strengths, for a winger.

By the way, I was concerned about the Vidic handball but it was clearly negated by the no call for the penalty foul on Owen. By the way, if htere is one question I could ask of Fergie it would be, "Do you really think Owen is of some benefit to Man U or are you keeping a promise to someone that you you would play Owen from time to time?"

He seems to be searching,it makes no sense because Berbie has to play a role, and keeping both supporting strikers sharp has to be priority.Smalling would be ruled out of the big games because of inexperience despite being something of a prodigy;he reads the game well. This is another game in which we allowed the opponent to dictate...,we are not any closer to being in form, and it could be fatal in the CL.We are searching for the CL team.

I concur about Anderson. It seems like he would have been in the middle there. I think Fergie don't want to spread his charges too thin. He has a possible 2 games left in the CL and from here on out every game is a final in EPL.

I don't think Owen willl still be there in a few months time, Neither Berbatov.

              The former "Boy Wonder"?

Has won...is it 2 crucial games for you?...and even in this match vs my Gunners could have got you a needed point.

You always get the feeling that BoyU could have done better...but when he plays the results tell a different story.

Arsenal's problem is all in the head, all the ability is there for all to see, Arsene would be mad to change is philosophy now.All these young guns need is to learn how to close out a game and sort out this gung-ho mentality and the will be champions.

i agree...no one there is really a winner.

claude makele was a winner so too was carvalho and they formed the backbone of the team mourinho used to get chelsea their first title.

man u has GREAT continuity of the winning mentality and they win games that they should lose ... by contrast the gunners lose games that they should be winning....

from the first title until now there has been continuity, players with leadership qualities and a winning mentality even if they are not the captain ... scholes, giggs brought that to the team now ferdinand has it and then fletcher and so on chicarito is learning it and so on.

at the very top when it is not a question of ability but rather mentality chuss mi...it is VITAL!!

they didn't win when they SHOULD have...look how many chances were squandered to compete....that is MENTAL!

True, I believe the team is close to winning a championship and they just need a hand full of older veterans to calm the ship. I hear Clarence Seedorf might be available in the summer.

                              To compete or to win?
                              We always are competitive.

If there was, it must have been only 1 match where possession showed we deserved to lose.

                              ...and as to chances created?
In 99.99999999+% of our matches they were created...in abundance!!!

The 1 match in which we really stunk was the return leg against Barcelona in the Champions League...and it is very important to remember that until Van Persie was unfairly sent off we were in a winning position as far as the 2-way leg was concerned.
