  • There was a very good reason I asked about Corntail

I learnt yesterday that he is living on the streets and is suffering from a serious mental problem. This is nothing new I am hearing as he has been in this conditioin for at least two years now and those who saw him said he is filthy, smells bad and some times is almost naked.

I heard that his mother died a year or so ago and that he had no relatives there but I am surprised to hear now that he actually has a brother who went to college with Assasin.

Trust me I was in a state of shock when I heard about his condition yesterday, I was talking to Everton Tomlinson, president of the WFA and Chairman of the Western Confed and he was telling me they would be asking patrons coming to the Confed double header at Frome tomorrow to make contributions towards a fund to try and help clean up Corntail.

Bora will go to Frome tomorrow to watch a double header involving players between 16-23 from all four western parishes.

The silence is deafening...not even an opinion?

      Very unfortunate!

Brings to mind stories I heard about one of Santos' best left-sided player. It was said that he was on the streets in Miami.

So sad! I hope Caple recovers.
