Without a shadow of doubt, the better ballers are overseas. Bora will ongle have a few days to work with the squad at the most, before friendlies & world cup qualifying matches.

I hope I will be forgiven for bringing this to the top once more - but, I wonder if we all took time to read all the posts on this thread?

I missed many of the responses before tonight (I am on Eastern time) - including the questions asked of meby Siya and Mosiah.

WhenI left I was under the impression thatmany thought our Reggae Boyz teams and our other national teams should not include any of our family born outside of the island. I think there may be only one such poster.

It would appear to me that most posters wish us to have 'the best possibleTEAM' with our bestavailable players...matters not to them where our best was born.

There were two areas or three areas whichcaused concern - i) fairness in selection policyas it relates to whether or not a player born outside of the island could/wouldbe selectedinstead of a player of equal ability/skill who was born on the island;

allied areas of concern - ii) the impact deserving overseas born players who play in leagues outside of the island have on development of players born on and playing in leagues on the island; and iii) rate of improvement of environment in which local players 'learn' their trade.

The vast majoritydesire 'best team' on the field...with 'best environment' created within the island for those being developed on home soil.

It appears the majority is calling for the JFF to fast forward creation of oportunities for players within the island to have 'best environment'...comparable environment to those which the overseas professionals enjoy.

The questions are a) is it possible to create such an environment (...or, such facilities) and or b) if not an environment (...and or such facilities) that is physically on par as, say that found at an Arsenal ...what is (are) the JFF's next best option (options)?
